1. WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
ITVV will be what is known as the "Controller" of the personal data you provide to us.
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).
Additionally, we use this Order Information to Communicate with you, Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud and when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer's internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide you with your local currency (if available) along with screening for potential risk and fraud.
We may, with your permission, periodically send you emails about our store, special offers, other updates or information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided.

We use a third party payment processor(s) to process payments made to us. In connection with the processing of such payments, we do not retain any personally identifiable information or any financial information such as credit card numbers / account details.

All the personal data we process is processed by our staff in the United Kingdom however for the purposes of IT hosting and maintenance this information is located on servers within the United Kingdom on a secure server behind a firewall. No 3rd parties have access to your personal data unless the law allows them to do so.

8. AGE OF CONSENT
